  • Do I need to install special hardware or software?
    No, you don’t need any hardware or software to provide our service on your web site.

  • How hard is it to install?
    All you need to do is "cut and paste" one line of code (a Link) into your web site, emails and reports. Or alternatively copy link to your designated Click to call button via the hyperlink.

  • Does this service use voice/IP?
    No. This service uses regular phone PSTN lines instead of voice/IP. The quality of the connection is same as regular phone line.

  • Do I require a headset and microphone to use this service?
    No. This is NOT voice over the internet. No headsets or microphones are required. All you need is a local landline or mobile.

  • Do I need to change any of my existing PBX or communication equipment?
    The calls would be routed as a normal call to your communication equipment. Furthermore, extensions could be programmed in DTMF tone to route within your company to any extension. Our service is compatible with almost all systems.

  • How long does it take to setup?
    The set-up is done online and in real time and it takes less than one day for our credit/collection department to approve.

  • Is there any activation charges or monthly fee? Yes there is a monthly fee. This service is available with a minimum monthly spend of $4.95 USD per month. Initial payment bundle can be selected by you and includes first month’s payment and balance of prepaid calls and/or future monthly payments.

  • What are my call charges? Calls are as lows as 0.12 USD per minute for Australia to US calls. Call rates will depend on mobile or landline calls. You can log on to your account and view your country rates and international rates.

  • What is my commitment?
    There is no contract and you may cancel the service at any time. The service is prepaid.

  • How do I pay?
    Payment is debited from a credit card. We currently use Paypal.

  • How do I know if I am running low in call time?
    You can log into your account and see your call summary and balances in Real time. A notice will also be sent via email when a top up is required. Alternatively we offer a direct debit facility.

  • How do I monitor my traffic through this service? A detail report of all your calls could be generated online and in real time. You can view all the calls that are routed to your company up to the minute via our member log in.

  • Can I restrict the time when I can receive the call?
    Yes. You can restrict the time and days you want to receive the call. This could be modified anytime online and real time through your online account.

  • What happens if I get a call outside of business hours? Your customized message will appear when one of your site visitors clicks “ClicktoFone” button. The visitor’s information such as his/her telephone number and email address would be sent to you via an email.

  • Can I restrict the countries where I get the calls?
    Yes. You can restrict the countries where you want to get the calls from. This can be modified online and in real time. Just remember to save any changes that you make to your account.

  • What countries are included?
    We have over 50 countries available in our service these include: Australia, USA, United Kingdom, China, Bahrain, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Singapore, Sweden, Japan and New Zealand and many other countries.

  • Can I get information about my online visitors?
    Yes. Every time a visitor clicks on the “ClicktoFone” button, our system collects accurate information about the visitor. This information is available online in real time.

  • Can I have my own button?
    Yes, you can choose from a variety of pre designed buttons or create and use your own.

  • Can I change the messages and graphics on the pop up screen?
    Yes. The system is designed to give you total flexibility; you can tailor this to your message strategy and logo.

  • Can I have multiple numbers?
    Yes, you can have multiple numbers all on one account. Conditions do apply.
